At Forgotten Bakery, we hand-roll our bagels and slow-proof them for 15 hours, using beer in the dough for a unique flavor. Boiled with water and a hint of maple syrup, every bagel is crafted with love!

How far in advance should I place my catering order?
We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice. For last-minute events, email hello@forgottenbakery.com and we’ll try our best.
Do you deliver?
We don’t offer standard delivery, but for large orders we may be able to help—reach out to hello@forgottenbakery.com.
Are napkins, utensils, or plates included?
Not by default. You can add them to your order for a small fee.
Can I cancel?
We get it—plans change!

- Cancel within 48 hours of pickup: 50% refund (minus service fee)

We prefer the customer picks up though we do have a delivery service for a additional fee.
