At Forgotten Bakery, we hand-roll our bagels and slow-proof them for 15 hours, using beer in the dough for a unique flavor. Boiled with water and a hint of maple syrup, every bagel is crafted with love!

Forgotten Bagels and Empanadas are baked fresh daily! Pre-orders are available with a minimum order of one dozen. Place your order at least one day in advance by emailing us at hello@forgottenbakery.com. You can pick up your order anytime during our business hours, 8 AM – 2 PM.

Order and Cancellation Policy
- Order Placement: Orders must be placed at least 3 days before your desired pickup date and can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
- Minimum Order for Delivery: There is a minimum order amount of $100 before any fees and gratuity for delivery. Pickup orders do not have any fees or minimums.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your order more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
