At Forgotten Bakery, we hand-roll our bagels and slow-proof them for 15 hours, using beer in the dough for a unique flavor. Boiled with water and a hint of maple syrup, every bagel is crafted with love!

How far in advance should I place my catering order?
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice. For last-minute events, email hello@forgottenbakery.com and we’ll try our best.
How much food do I need?
Each setup comes with 12 bagels and serves 8–10 people.
Do you deliver?
We don’t offer standard delivery, but for large orders we may be able to help—reach out to hello@forgottenbakery.com.
Are napkins, utensils, or plates included?
Not by default. You can add them to your order for a small fee.
Can I cancel?
Orders canceled 48+ hours ahead get a full refund minus the service fee. Less than 48 hours? Contact us—we’ll do what we can.
