Choose from a variety of hand rolled, freshly baked bagels, house made spreads and our hand made empandas.

How far in advance should I place my catering order?
We kindly ask for 42 hours’ notice. For last-minute events, email hello@forgottenbakery.com and we’ll try our best.

Do you deliver?
We don’t offer standard delivery, but for large orders we may be able to help—reach out to hello@forgottenbakery.com.

Can I make a custom order?
We can create costom orders. Email us to hello@forgottenbakery.com with your request.

Are napkins, utensils, or plates included?
Not by default. You can add them to your order for a small fee.

Can I cancel?
We get it—plans change!

Do you deliver?
We prefer the customer picks up though we do have a delivery service for a additional fee.

Bagels Bakers Dozen Cut/Boxed – 13 bagels of your choice sliced and boxed
Bagels Bakers Dozen Bagged – 13 mixed bagels baged (not cut)
Bagels Custom Bakers Dozen – Choose your bagels, 13 mixed bagels sliced/boxed
Big Bear Bagel – Large bagel with toppings (feeds 6-8 people)
Empanada Dozen – 12 empanadas of your choice
Empanada Lunch Package – 24 empanadas of your choice, 1bs pebre cilantro salsa
Empanada XL Lunch Package – 48 empanadas or your choice, 2lbs pebre cilantro salsa

PLATTERS & SALADS

Vegetable Platter – Vegetable platter, serves 10 people. Includes: peper & salted tomatoes, salted cucumbers, raw red onions, capers, pickeld onions and dill.
Lox Platter – Lox platter, serves 10 people. Includes: 1.5lbs wild steelhead lox, capers, lemon wedges, dill, pickled onions, raw red onions, salted & pepper tomatoes and salted cucumbers.
Club Lunch Platter – Lunch platter, serves 10 people. Includes: 20oz of sliced turkey, 14 slices smoked bacon, sliced tomatoes, raw red onions, fresh arugula, baby pickles, cheddar cheese slices. 8oz deli mustard, 8oz house made aioli
Ensalada Chilena – Ensalada Chilena servers 6 people (tomato, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, olive oil and red vinegar)
